Collection of your Personal Information

RSD collects personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, title and customer ID number. This information is collected upon creating a web login.

RSD also collects login and page visit count for internal statistics.

Use of your Personal Information

Refrigeration Supplies Distributor does not give, sell, rent or lease its customer data to third parties.

Payment Information

When you choose to save a payment card to your RSD account, your card number is collected and stored by our payment processor, not by RSD. RSD retains only the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration date, and a token that lets us request charges you authorize. RSD does not store your full card number.

We share payment information with our payment processor and financial institutions solely to process transactions you request. These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. This is not a sale, rental, or lease of your information.

You may remove a saved card at any time from Payment Methods in your account, or by contacting RSD. Removing a card prevents future charges; records of completed transactions are retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes.

SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

RSD may use SMS (text messaging) to communicate with users for account security and authentication purposes, including one-time passcodes, password reset notifications, login verification, and account-related security alerts. Users provide consent to receive SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number and agreeing to SMS consent disclosures presented during account registration or account management.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

California Privacy Rights

California law entitles residents to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal information we share with third parties or with corporate affiliates for those entities direct marketing purposes. RSD does not provide any personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
