How do I open an account?
Contact your nearest RSD branch to apply for a wholesale account — they'll set you up quickly. Once your account is approved and you have your RSD account number, you can register at rsd.net for online access to view pricing, order online, and manage invoices.
What's the difference between an RSD account and an rsd.net login?
Your RSD account is your wholesale account with us — apply for one through your local branch. Your rsd.net login is online access to that account. Once your account is approved and you have your account number, register at rsd.net to view pricing, order online, and manage your account.
Do I need an account to see pricing?
You can browse our full catalog anytime. Your account-specific pricing and real-time inventory appear once you log in to your rsd.net account.
Can I order online?
Yes. Once you're logged in, add items to your cart and check out for pickup at your local branch or delivery.
How do I pay my bill online?
Log in to your rsd.net account and choose Make a Payment to pay invoices online. You can also view your balances and statements there.
Can I view my past orders, invoices, and statements?
Yes. When you're logged in, your order history, invoices, and statements are all available in your account.
Can I add buyers or technicians to my account?
Yes. Account administrators can add and manage buyers and technicians from the account settings.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, use the "Forgot password?" link to reset your password by email.
How can I check if a part is in stock?
Call your local branch or log in to your customer account for real-time inventory availability.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes. The RSD Notes app is available for both iOS and Android.
