Calendar Your Preventative Maintenance

AWC customers now have the ability to calendar reminders for preventative maintenance jobs.

How-To Process

Step One - Start A New Order



Step Two - Setup Your PM

Select the Option 2 in the popup and be sure to fill in reference section. This will aid you in your search later. Once you have filled out this information, click on Setup PM/ Create Quote.



Step Three - Save Your Order

Once you have added all of your items, click on view order to view the drop down and click on the Save button.



Step Four - Schedule Your Saved Order

After saving your PM, you will be directed to the Saved Orders menu. View the reference column to find the PM you wish to schedule. Click on Schedule to continue to next step.



Step Five - Complete & Save Recurring Schedule

Click in the Schedule Start Date box to pick a starting date. From this pop up, you can also set the Reminder Interval (in days) and the email address you wish to have the reminder sent to. Once you have entered all information needed click on Save Schedule.



Step Six - View Completed Recurring Schedule
